Wooh, I am 22 liao! And I have a house coming, how lucky I am! This gotta be one of the best birthday ever!

And not to forget, baby gave me an iphone 4s as my pressie!

Hehehe! So happy!

We have officially converted to being an iphone user after so much donkey year!And finally we are now one of them!

Baby's mom treated us to Marche and gave me a big fat Angbao too!

Hehe!

Oh, the creepe is delicious!

And not forgeting, our favouite Rosti!!

At night, before midnight, hunney got me a cake and we went over to Punngol Drive to blow my candle.

Its so meaningful and so you have already know, thats our future estate!

And i got a pikachu cake!

A birthday cake from family! Daddy's birthday is 4 days apart from mine so we did the candle blowing today.

And I have eighteen candles on my cake because Annabel (Bro's GF) says forever eighteen!

I think i rather be forever 21, at least you get to do more things.

Car Boot Sale No.2!!!

On this wonderful 18 Nov 2011, we headed down to HDB hub at Toa Payoh, and we picked our unit!

So happy la!!! Have to pay a $2,000 as a booking fee! And gotta wait for another 3-4 months before we head down again to sign the agreement of lease! This is so exciting! We cant wait!!!

My Waterway @ Punggol

We are still waiting for the brochure for flats selection to come and we were so so excited about the waterway and we decided to pop down to take a look although the official opening is not till tomorrow.

We were quite delightfully surprise by the waterway!

Its so so pretty!

Jia was there with us! She was jogging and we were blading.

Its such a wonderway to spend our Saturday!

BTO Results is out!!!

The results are out for the BTO!

Woohoo!

And we got 291 out of 1,042!

Think thats pretty okay right? At least we are at the top 30%, should be able to get a unit that we like!

But the prices for the 4rooms are redonkulous!

Prices are ranging from $300k to $379k!

Although they are premium flats, but that still pretty costly! But oh well, we are staying so close to the waterway, maybe thats why. :)

Now, we are waiting for HDB to give us the date to go down to select our unit!

Time flies, this little girl is 3 yrs old already!

I remember when we first got her, she was only about 6-7 weeks old.

Look at how cute she has grown!

She loves birthdays! Not just hers, everyone else in her life.

As long as someone is singing a birthday song, she will sing along in her little exciting high pitch barking voice!

So how can we not buy her a litle doggie delight on her birthday!

She is one of the most wonderful things we have in our life!

I just wonder if she knows that.

Aljunied GRC

Worker Party won! GREAT!
And I am so proud that I belong to Aljunied GRC.

We were at Hougang Stadium and stay throughout the whole night till 2 plus am in the morning!
It was hell of an expereince!
People flooded the stadium and all were hard core Worker Party fans.

Well, we did lose a good minister George Yeo but hey we got Tin Pei Ling! Hahhahaha!
PAP created GRC thinking it would benefit them, but never did they realise that it would eventually bite them in the end!

What can they do now, they can only LIVE AND REPENT!!!!! Hohoho!~ And they will have 5 years to do it!!

At least the people of Aljunied GRC has backbone and votted for what we believed in. Rather than living in fear of others.

Althought Worker Party will not be the ruling party in parliament as of now, but at the very least we have a voice that will speak on our behalf and voicing out all out concerns.

I want to buy a house. Its affects me that prices of houses are rocket high. Stupid Ma Bao Tan!

Funds will all be cut for the Aljunied GRC, no more upgrading no more new coats of paint. Resentment will increases for people who votted for PAP, wondering why do they deserved the same treatment despite votting for them. All these resentment will in turn translates into votes for WP for the next General Election.

So cool, hopefully WP will continue to rule!

Time flies, its been 2 weeks since I last blog.

Today half day leave today due to period cramps, if not I wont even be blogging for sure.

Thinking of going on a short trip in May to Tioman. But I still cant decide which resort is nice and cheap.

We are hopping to go back to Taiwan again, but year end is a bad timing for baby and we wanted cold weather. So maybe next year March!!! But we also want to plan a free and easy trip to Australia next year. Winter falls in June-August there.

Best case senario: March - Taiwan and July-Australia!

I really hope we can do that!!!!!

Its not that I dont want to blog.

But I am simply so tired after work everyday to sit down on my computer.

I mean after all, I stare at the computer the whole day at work.

I know its only been awhile since I starting working, but I feel so tired man. Maybe I should really try sleeping early each night. :p

Well, right now, I'm busy trying to learn driving too! Book my test date already, mid of april and I barely had 3 or 4 lessons. I hope I pass the first time round. No time to fail man!!

A special drive through for a special day.

On this lovely day of ours, which is also Valentine day, we went for the event at Clarke Quay.
Show of the day: 500 days of summer.

We bought food from Liang Court as it was only nearby.

This time round was a little different. Usually, we would watch the movie in the vehicle. But that day, we move the sofa out from the van and put it out on the floor. We lay down a mat and there you go, a little picnic!!!

Wooh.. Working really makes you no time man!!

Anyway, we wanted to wax the vehicle before new year but due to time constraints, we only managed to do it after. If i didn't remember wrongly, we were busy polishing the vehicle on a Sunday which is on 'Chu 4'.

It was a damn tiring job, we bought the buffering machine, wax, polishing and some misc items to make the dull black shiny!!

It was really hard work but of course everything was worth it.

By the way, we took about 5-6 hours to finish doing the whole vehicle. Told you it not easy.

But here it is!

This little one brought us and jiajia everywhere!
It might be small, but it fully belongs to us and I appreciate it being there all the time.

Some random stuffs to share before I start work again!
Some of the stuffs are pretty out dated. Hehe! Really no time to blog about it!

Lets start off with me treating baby for lunch. I think we ate at TCC if I am not wrong.
That was before I started work.

I am hungry looking at this! :p

Followed by buying Kiki a new bed! That's my Pomeranian anyway.
For once, there is no Ikea!

Then, came across these kittens which baby's friend picked up, apparently the mother abandoned them! They are so cute la, probably only around 3 days old or something. Their eyes are still close okay?
And if you didn't know, they have to be fed every 2 hours with milk. Even if that means waking up in the middle of the night to do it. Its really hard work trying to be their mother.

But they are so so tiny la! Two of them can fit into my palm okay? Just imagine!

Sorry about the randomness, but it is not over yet.
I got new bed sheets. Mom bought this for me for Chinese New Year!

First Week of Work!

First week of work just ended.

Company that I work in is pretty good. Timing very flexible, no punch card system, good employees benefits!

But the learning curve is pretty tough. Trying to learn the accounting software, getting use to opening invoices, doing account payable and receivable. Its really making my head spin!

I seriously hope that after a few months I will feel better about it. :D

Taiwan Day 7

Taiwan Day 7
The day before flying back home.

We wanted to keep our day light.
And plus the speaker baby bought from Nova Computer Mall the day before was faulty, so we head back there to do an exchange.

Since we are there, we pick up some thumb-drives as gifts for our families. Their thumby there are all so pretty and unique, not like the ones in Singapore. Boring! Not forgetting that it is cheap too.

As Daiso was around that area, we decided to pop in and grab some cheap stuffs. We also bought a luggage strap for baby, as we were worried that his luggage might snap open when we check in the baggage. Hey, dont doubt cheap stuffs, the strap we bought from Daiso was only $1.50, it lasted the whole flight as compared to the one we bought for $10. The $10 one was missing when we touch down in Taipei.

See, here is our purchases. Except for thumby, everything else is from Daiso.
I think we spend about NT$1000 over in Daiso lor, that is about SGD$50!!!

When we are spending in foreign currencies, money like fake one. Cant feel that pinch! Want to buy, will just buy. Not like when we are in Singapore, everything have to consider its practicality before purchasing.

After Nova and Daiso, we headed back to the hotel, rested for a bit then head out to Shilin Night Market for one last time.

And this time round, we took a photo of us in the Night Market!!

The thing I am holding is their NT$50(SGD$2) coin!

We bought the super delicious cheesecake for NT$50(SGD$2). OMG, it is so super good! And it is so freaking cheap can!

We then saw a super long queue at the big chicken cutlet store. We decided to just queue since we are there.

I think it is overrated la, taste okay only leh.

We bought super/dinner from our favorite coffee house downstairs the hotel. And also not forgetting that fattening bubble tea!

I miss Taiwan so much!

After dinner, we prepared for bath! We bought this grape smelling bath thing from Daiso! Water looks pretty eh! Heheh!

Its our last second day there. So sad! I would love going back there again! Love the cold weather. Although it is not as cold as winter time in Korea or Japan, but its temperature is really enjoyable.

I wonder where we would be going for our next trip. Probably Australia during their winter season! And we can DIY our trip too!

New Job!

We kinda enjoy the show, at the very least it is not boring la! Go watch if you enjoy musical shows like I do. :D

There is a new show coming out soon in the cinemas called "127 Hours". It is based on a real story where a guy went hiking and he got trap under some big rocks for a few days. So what he did to set himself free was to cut his arm off with a blunt knife.

It seriously takes guts to do that.

This show is a must watch! And I just downloaded it! Yay!

Have been going for many interviews recently. And I just rejected a job some time last week due to the super duper long working hours.

I want something stable to match baby's unstable working hours. If not it will be very hard to spend some time together.

A company ask me to go down for a second round interview this Thursday, chances should be rather high!! Best of all, its near my place! Good luck to me!

I still remember the very first time we brought her to the vet, she was only merely 700g.

We got her when she was only 6 weeks old, now 2yrs 7mths!

Life is so great with her.
Although she does have her mischievous time, but you just cant stay angry with her for long.

I am so glad she came into our life. :D

Taiwan Day 6

Day 6 of our trip.
Another gadget day for baby.

We woke up pretty late that day. I think probably around 1pm, cant remember. We head down to Taipei Main Station for the Nova Computer Mall!

After buying all the gadgets he wants, we head over to Daiso which was located nearby. Daiso is cheaper there lor, around $1.60 for each item. Heheh. And its huge!!

The whole level was Daiso and Daiso alone!!

We didn't buy much things there. We were pretty exhausted, so not in a mood to walk around that much.

For late lunch we had Macdonald. We thought that we should at least try how the burgers taste like there. And also the experience of ordering our food by looking at the Chinese menu. Who the hell knows what MacSpicy is in Chinese. Hahahah!

When we were heading back to the train station, we came across this underground mall, so we decided to walk walk see see a little before going back to the hotel..

I think we were back at the hotel at around 6pm or so. After resting for a short while, we headed out to Shilin Night Market again.

We bought some clothing and shoes. And we also got our supper before heading back once again.

I bought myself a cup noodle from the convenience store. To my surprise, there is meat! Real meat inside! Damn shiok. And it is quite cheap too!

Today we actually plan to go XiMenDing and also some other places. But we were just god damn tired. A simple day in Taiwan is also one of the best way to spend a holiday.

Everyday, after we had supper, we would watch some movies on the TV before heading to bed. Did I ever mention, the air con in the room can be adjusted to 10 degrees!!! Hohoho!! We normally set it to about 14 degrees, and I will tuck myself into the bed with a comforter and a jacket. I love that man!!!

Day 7 is also a very simple day for us.

Its the new year..
We spend our count down in the most memorable way.

We count down right smack in the middle of ECP! Best seats in the house okay!! When the fireworks started to go off, people started horning their horns like nobody business. Its was funny, because everyone just packed their car there and watch. Even the traffic police cant be bothered anymore, he was enjoying the magnificent display!

I dont have much of a New Year Resolution.
Maybe get a good job? :D

Taiwan Day 5

Day 5.
When we were still planning for the trip, we had a big headache trying to decide where to go by taking the High Speed Rail.

The tickets for HSR is very expensive and plus throughout the whole trip, we only stayed in one hotel. We hate to keep changing hotel. So we were quite restricted by that fact. We only wanted an experience with the HSR, but dont want to waste time traveling 1 hr to GaoShiong too.

So end up, we took the HSR to Taoyuan and we visited Window on China and Taimall (Largest shopping center there). The journey there cost us $16(two ways), 20 mins journey.

So here we are! We had to take a cab over from Taoyuan HSR station! Its like another 45 mins journey.

Weather was very hot that day, we dont even need to bring our big ass jacket. But hey, sun was damn bright, thus very beautiful photos!

When we were queuing up for the Nile Adventure which is some water ride, they asked if we wanted to sit with them. So there you go, we finished the rest of the day with them. So funny but kinda cool..

After we bid goodbye with our Taiwan friends, we cabbed over to Taimall. Reason why we keep cabbing in Taoyuan because the places where we go are not very accessible by public transport.

I think we spend around $80 in total on cabs that single day man.. Haiyo..

So this is Taimall. It is so big that it has a indoor basketball court, golf course and a inline skating ring!!!

Then we had our dinner at this Japanese Restaurant. Food is so cheap. We each ordered a set meal for about $10 each and we had a side dish for only $3 I think.

Taiwan Day 4

Our day 4 in Taiwan started a little later. We woke up late and even missed the hotel buffet breakfast. We were pretty shagged by then, so day 4 will be a little easier.

Since we didn't had breakfast, we decided to dine at some nearby Japanese Restaurant, 2 minutes walk from our hotel.

We walked in casually as what you normally do when you want to have Japanese food in Singapore. However, we were stunned when we look at the menu.

ITS ALL IN TRADITIONAL CHINESE!!!!!!

Every freaking thing is in Chinese, not a single English word, not a single picture.
Baby end up asking the owner whats good there, and just serve us whatever is nice.

End up that is what we had. After settling the bill, we left for the train station. I remember lunch cost us around NT$400 odd, which is less than SGD$20. For all those food that we ate, it freaking cheap can! Still got sashimi leh! But to be fair, the food is just so so, not that nice either.

We got to Taipei Main Station, it is like our City Hall Station where you get to change to any other trains. We then took their TRA to Keelung where we would be heading to the Gold Ecological Park.

When i say train, i meant train not MRT. The train really looks old but its pretty clean at least!

So here we are at Keelung!

We are at the bus station now trying to figure out which bus to take to the Gold Ecological Park. But we end up taking cab instead. Save time!

Cab fare wasn't cheap. Around $25 i think. But the uncle was nice, thou we ask him to drive us to the Gold Ecological Park. He actually detour to some tourist spots for us to take photos! By the way, the cab fare is fixed price not by meter. :D

So this is called the Ying Yang Hai! The sea is naturally two colours! I think is due to some copper deposits in the sea.

Next, he drove us to this Huang Jin Waterfall!

Thought this one was still okay, I prefer the Ying Yang Hai more.

So here we are finally!

We then went to collect out High Speed Rail tickets for tomorrow from Family Mart, the convenience store near our hotel!

Taiwan Day 3

Day 3. Baby look forward to this day a lot as we are going to the gadget mall!!!!

But before that, we went to this miniature museum! This is one of the hardest place to get to. Gotta take train and take bus and still have to walk! Luckily we did our homework if not we will surely be lost!!

So here we are~

After the museum, we took the same route back and change train to Guanghua digital plaza!! That's baby heaven!

We didn't take much photo there as we were bought very engrossed shopping! the thumbdrives were dirt cheap okay? Hahahaha! You will see the photos later!

Head over to Taipei 101 to see the tallest building!
Had dinner at the foodcourt, since we were starving and had to wait for sunset!

Came across this Christmas tree when we were heading up to the 5th floor to purchase our ticket.

So here we are, queuing to get into the observatory.

It was so cloudy that day, so cant see much of a sunset. So disappointing. Entrance ticket not cheap leh!

After we left the outdoor observatory, we went to see the super wind damper. The most important structure that keeps the building stable despite standing so tall!

We left the place shortly, nothing much to see also. Then we went to collect out barang barang from the locket!

Travel back to hotel after Taipei 101. Actual plan was to go to Wu Fen Pu, the wholesale retailer market in Taipei. Heard that there is a lot of super duper cheap clothings there.

But we were so exhausted after 3 full days of running, so we decided to just strike that out of our itinerary.

Here is our part 1 purchases once again. Look at how many memory cards and thumbdrive baby bought! We got some vitamins and treats for ikea too!

Bought supper! Pasta from some shop downstairs our hotel. Not very nice.

As usual, we have to go to shilin night market. We go there everyday!!! Got the monster beat earphones. Although, the shop keeper keep insisting that those are real, baby tried it and said that it is the fake one. But, we still bought it as it look good and sound quality isnt that bad either.

We bought it for $45, actual retail price is about $100 odd i think!

Taiwan Day 2

So day 2 continues...
We woke up at around 9 in the morning for our buffet breakfast in the hotel. Breakfast was surprising very good. Oh... I love the scramble eggs!

After food, we took a short walk over to our station where we will be taking the train to XinBeiTou station. That is where our hot spring will be!!

Purchased their easy card, transportation will be so much cheaper with it!

After we alight at XinBeiTou station, we took a 7 minutes walk over to the hot spring museum and the hot spring area. We had to walk pass this building which is apparently a library! Nice ah?!

Before we start soaking in the hot spring, we visited the hell valley. It is a natural hot sulfur spring where the water temperature can reach up to 100°C!!!

All those smokey thingy are steam okay? And we actually feel warm there despite the cold weather.

Actual plan was to soak in the public hot spring, but then we decided to pay more and get a private one!

Still got toiletries leh!

We left XinbeiTou and head over to Danshui, which is just a few MRT stops away!
Had dinner at this La Mian shop. Oh god, don't ever go in, the noodles sucks!

We visited the Believe it or not. They show case a lot of weird things inside. But it is quite small anyway, no much things to see also.

We left to take a boat to Fisherman Whraf to see the Lover Bridge. One of the must see tourist spot when you are there.

Apparently baby find it funny to see a Fish Ball Museum and he insisted in taking a photo of it.

It was pretty windy there. Temperature was maybe around 16 degrees I think. But when the wind blow, it is super cold! The cold wind actually goes straight into your bones.

While waiting for sunset, we had to kill off a lot of time. So we decided to have tea in this cafe which turns out to be a very pretty chill out spot.
I dont know how the cat got there. Its all rocks behind. :~

And the sun is starting to set! So pretty lor! Lover bridge is actually famous for their sunset. I can see why.
See, I told you its cold. Look how baby is dressed! With mask and everything. Hahahha. Actually, I think secretly he just wanna look cool. :p

After snapping some photos of the sunset. We left by boat to go back to Danshui for more shopping and also to settle our hungry tummy.

When we were back on shore, we just happen to walk pass this talented guy who was drawing portraits of others. We were very impressed by him, and we had ours drawn too! You can see the picture at the later part of the post.

This is like our Xiao Long Bao, just that is very very cheap~! Its yummy too! 8 of it for SGD$1.50.

We headed off to Shilin night market again to buy our supper! Baby is always hungry, and when I see him eat, I will be hungry too. Our trip is so full of eating man!

Our round two combine purchases from round one! Oh dear, we can really spend ah! But shopping is so fun. And I save up all my money for this trip man!!

Day 3 sooon!!!!

Taiwan Day 1

We both woke up freaking early in the morning to get to Changi Airport T1. Our flight was at 7am, so you roughly know what time we have to be there.

While waiting, we thought we should settle our breakfast first before boarding as Jetstar does not provide free meals onboard. And if you were to pay for them, they are very expensive.

We dined in this 24 hr eatery called Ruyi, and we realised that it is something similar to a fast food restaurant under Tung Lok.

Food was not too bad actually, not cheap anyway.

When we were in the plane, we were asked to fill in this immigrations form which will be needed when we get into Taiwan.

Flight was about 4 hrs plus, so we took the chance to catch a small nap.

Upon arrival, we went over to the Tourist Service Center to get our Youth Travel card. Its a card that gives you many many discount for food and places of interest. And the card is free, so why not?

This is our DIY itinerary booklet which we spend $80 to print. So expensive can?!
The cover page is funny! Hehehe!

Initially, we wanted to cab all the way to our hotel. But decided to take bus instead. It was so much cheaper, we saved more than half of what we could have spent.

And so we arrived at our hotel. Surprisingly, it was very pretty and very spacious! Best of all, we paid only about 80 bucks a night. Super shiok! Got bathtub some more leh!

When we reached the hotel it was about 2 pm, after we wash up and unpack some of the stuffs, we thought that we can just keep the day light and just go to shilin ngiht market.

Neither did we expect to see a pet shop located right in front of our hotel. So happy can? Bought quite a bit of stuffs for Jiajia from that shop.

Food there is freaking cheap ah!

This was our first round purchase!

Baby got his jacket there. The kind that is good for winter, able to withstand strong wind and on top of all that, looks good.

And it is relatively cheap. About $40 plus $50. As compared to Singapore, if you were to buy a winter jacket from any travel store. It will cost at least $100 over and it looks so fat and puffy. And worst of all, they are not good and you will still feel cold despite wearing so much.

So, if you want something nice, not so thick but able to take cold weather, buy it from that country itself. It is so much better there.

Oh ya, bras are very cheap there too. Heheheh!

After we drop off our purchases at the hotel, we went out again for second round!

Came across this shops that sells doggie clothes! So cute ah!

There dogs there all wear clothes because of the temperature.

If one day, i were to move to Taiwan, it is because of the doggie reason. There dogs are allowed in the mrt and shopping centers. Dogs dont have to leash, they get to run around freely and no one is afraid of dogs there.

Sucks that our country have so many rules and regulations. :(

Anyway, we had a bowl of mee sua. Its was really nice. Weather was cold, about 13 degree or something. A nice hot bowl of mee sua really hit the spot.

This is our total damage for Day 1. We really spend like nobody business!

Day 2 coming right up. :D

yOur plane touch down yesterday, and I got home at around 3 plus in the morning.

It was a fantastic trip, weather was cold and chilly. Food and clothings was dirt cheap! What more can you ask for?

It was really very enjoyable. Our itinerary was so freaking pack that we decided to slow down our pace for the last 3 days. We practically did nothing but sleep late, wake up late, eat and shop at the night market. I mean after all, a holiday is supposed to be enjoyable why make yourself so tired.

We took like a total of 700 or 800 plus worth of photos. That is alot okay? I will start documenting our trip soon, after I sort out the photos! :D

I miss taiwan already! :(

Its our 5th trip together, but its different this time. We will be on a plane!

Maybe our next trip we can go further, Europe country perhaps? :D

But it sucks, baby still so busy and all the way till tomorrow.
I scared we don't have time to finish what we need to do.

We are leaving on wednesday morning and baby took tuesday off to prepare for the trip.

But there is so much things to do on Tuesday. It will be like amazing race for us man!

I am a big girl today! Hohoho!

Its nice knowing that I am finally 21.

Mummy, Daddy and Grandma gave me a big fat ang bao.
Mummy also got me a Swarovski necklace which I pick it out myself. She insisted on getting me something for remembrance sake. Thank you thank you!

And of course not forgeting my loving boyfriend!
Our taiwan trip in december was meant to celebrate my big 21st!
Bf got me a wallet to replace my old one which was kind of torn and tattered already. Only baby knows what I like. Hehehe!
And also not forgeting my mighty N97!

Ahhhh... I feel so lucky! Its like I am a princess for a day! :D

I dont like fancy birthday parties, I dont know crowd.
To spend my birthday with the people that matters to me is all that I ever need.

My family, my grandma, my boyfriend and also all my friends that wishes me, just know that your thought are all well appreciated! :D

Was a Jiajia day today, brought her to many many places along Woodlands area.

And she got to run and run and run!

When we were driving back home, she slept like a baby in the vehicle. Heh

Oh here I am blogging with my all so mighty N97.

Its a great phone. Dont really imagine myself doing this in the middle of a morning class. Hehe. Quite cool eh!

I finally moved on to the touch screen world, like what baby have always hope so. Luckily for the phone it has a 5 megapixel carl zeiss lens, if not i would have cling on to my N95. If you guys have not already know, the megapixel does not determine how good the camera will be. It really depends on the lens. Thats why I am such a hard core fan of nokia phones that come with carl zeiss lens. Thay are really good, trust me.

But it does not means that i like the iphone okay. I still hate it, it is just so over rated lor. Dont tell me iphone is good because of the apps, cuz nokia do have a ovi store for nokia users to download too. You know, in fact i might have more apps in my phone then iphone users. :p

Nevertheless, i am happy with my phone. Thank you baby!

Ikea

Sometimes seeing her jump into her stroller herself, snudging up, making herself comfy. Or trying to hide some food there, and turing all aggresive when I step close to her.

Its so cute and so comforting to know that she likes the stroller. And this makes our money all so worth it.

Having a dog is so wonderful.

If possible, I would love to bring the stray babies home. Unlike CATS, they are always so loyal and even when we visit them without food, they will still come out to greet you.

You know, the stray babies, of which one we named Dusty. He will follow the baby's vehicle! Which is kinda scary sometimes, he will attempt to chase after us when we drive pass the road on days we didnt visit.

Tell me, where can you get such a good dog! And looking handsome is plus point!

In case you all didnt know, DOGS are pack animals, they are direct descendants from wolfs. So in a family, we are the pack members. And there have to be a leader. All of the family members have to be of higher hierarchy, and naturally the dog will be the lowest ranking of all. But however, if your dog is very dominant, be prepare to be challenge all the time. Never let the dog win, and never let it lead, if not you will never hear the end of it.

All dogs loves to follow so dont be mistaken that it is cruel to make your dog listen to you all the time. I mean thats the way it should be anyway.

Sometimes people comment that beating your dog is cruel. And they insist that you follow their way of positive reinforcement (training your dog without hiting them). It is so irritating! I hate it.

I am here openly telling you that my dog is what she is right now, because of how many canes she has broke. No one ask to beat them without a reason, thats wrong. What I am saying is, its good to use the cane when you are teaching them to pee at the right spot or not to dash out of the door when you open them etc. Its effective, trust me. Tell me your mom dont beat you when you are young?

Jiajia is a good example of what I mean by good dog. She is so obedient, so clever and so protective of us. I am so proud of her! And I know she loves us as much as we love her.

You know what?

We bought our little princess a doggie stroller yesterday.

This is exactly how it look like.

We once told ourselves that we would never buy one for our dog because a dog is just a dog.

However, we still got it. You see, its when you get so attached to your dog and wants to bring her whereever we go. This is the solution.

It is not cheap, I tell you. $200 for a stroller is not cheap but still spending on the little furry kid makes me happy. And plus, seeing her so thrilled makes it so worthwhile.

Look at her, feeling contented just being with us.

You think she cares what expensive stuffs you get for her?

She dont.

Thats whats makes a dog man best friend.

The best part is that, we can bring her around in most places. Yesterday, we took her inside Jurong Point. It was weird and we were so conscious about ourselves. I mean, it is still the first time we are using it. But it will get better.

Back at home, a real photo of the stroller. We put in a small blanket that is so full of her smell to

make her feel more at ease. And also a toy, so she has something to play with.

Before you start criticizing how silly this is, dont. Because you will not understand, so dont judge.

Anyway, we both love the stroller! Cant wait to bring her to more places next weekend!! :D

Look at her, she is balancing a treat on her nose!

She is such a clever little girl, I dont care if you thinks that I am super haolian. But the fact is, she is really smart and I am so proud of her especially she is a Jack Russell Terrier!

The list of tricks she knows is amazing! Hahaha! Maybe one day she can start earning her money to buy dog food by busking at orchard road!

And did I mentioned, she is very protective? Try beating one of us, she will start to bark at growl at you. Whether she will really bite a not, I wouldnt know and dont really wanna try.

Thats why all of us dote on her so much!

Just had our 4 and a half year anni dinner a few days back.

Surprisingly, time flies so fast. Goodness. But its still a nice thing to know we walk down this road together and still managed to settle all our differences. :D

Spent my whole Saturday at Tampines Mall yesterday.
Baby had an event there, and I was there helping him do things.

I am going down today later in the evening too. :D

Oh did I mentioned that my N95 was spoilt?
It is more of the LCD screen, I dropped in on water and maybe the screen short circuit.
And so now, I need another phone with camera that is Carl Zeiss lens.
If cant find something I like, most probably I'll just buy back a N95.

Did i tell you howw much in love I am with the camera? :p

Ikea has a new friend!

She is a beagle and her name is Choya!!!

Technically, they are not friends yet. Our Ikea is rather human like and she sees herself as a person. Hahaha! We are really trying hard to make her like Choya!

Our dear Ikea was trying the whole day to exercise her dorminance on Choya.

She is a cute little beagle anyway. Probably 8 months.

I tell you, its not easy to get them to sit and pose for a photo together.

They just refused to be close to each other.

And INCEPTION is one of them!

Goodness! Its a fantastic movie la! Seriously! I was so blown away by the whole movie plot. Especially the last part of the show. Watch it and you will understand what I mean.

Now maybe i should study some oneirology. Pretty interesting actually. Heh. :D

Taiping, Penang

The journey up to Malaysia was terrible. It literally kill us all!

It was a night bus trip, and we reached baby's grandma place in the morning.

So you can expected all of us to have a sleepless night.

But anyway, it was a short trip to Taiping and Penang.

Not much photos were taken and I dont really have most of them yet.

Shopping around Tesco was fun! I love cheap stuffs!

So yes, we had A&W there!

Its been ages since I had them. Rootbeer float!!! Yummy yummy!

We head over to Penang after a night stay at his grandma's place.

His cousin who is working there took 2 days off to bring us around.

We even get to shop at Puma, using his cousin's stuff discount of 45 freaking percent la!

Drive in Cinema will be on every two weeks! And there is one coming up this Saturday and it should be showing "State of play" if I am not wrong.

So anyway, the last one was at Tampines.

I brought Gingy along. Hehehe! I had MacKids Meal that day. :p

Show start at about 8pm but we have to be there at least 1.5hr earlier to get better parking lots for the vehicle!

The waiting time is so painful, time passes so damn slowly la. And even worst when there is food waiting for you.

Here is our lovely strays babies again!

I think Barky is seriously gone for good. Haven seen her for at least about 2 weeks plus already. I hope someone kind soul had picked her up and brought her home. She still the cutest of the pack afterall!

She is always the one that is most excited to see us when we are there. Seriously, I kind of miss her man.

Anyway, we decided to get collars for the rest of them. Hesitated for a bit abt this collar issues because Baby is afraid that I will get too attached to them that if someday they disappear, I will be heartbroken.

Anyway, this is Dusty. The next cutest after Barky. And we have all shifted our attention to him. Hehehe!

Hate the flash, it made the dogs have ghostly eyes.

Mummy happily walked pass the camera when i was trying to take a photo of Baby and Dusty.

No collar for Xiao Hei as he is super scared of humans. Cant even pet him on his head la!

Jiajia just pass her 2 years old birthday yesterday.

And we decided to get her a doggie cake just for the kick of it.

Celebrating a dog birthday is kinda silly, because they wont even know whats happening at all.

But it a good opportunity to get something nice for her and a little toy to brighten up her day.

Anyway, it crack me up just watching her play, and tossing around in her bed trying to kill the toy. Hehehe!

So this her cake! Quite cheap actually. And its strawberry flavoured. :D

Missing Barky

Barky was missing for the past few days.
We thought our worst fear had came true, she was being knocked down by a vehicle.

And yesterday, when we were feeding the rest of the them, Barky reappeared.

At the corner of my eyes, i saw something brown. And Barky was the only one with brown patches! We were so damn happy la! She's back!!

While she bellied for us, we were stroking her, and realised she had stiches on her tummy! She was sterlized! And her ear was clipped too! So AVA actually caught her back to sterilized her, kept her for a few days and brought her back here!

Good la. She cannot have babies! Its better for herself anyway.

Awwww!!! Anyway, I am so so happy she back! At least all my babies are safe!!! :)

Monday.
A day that is all about our jiajia.

We went over to Pasir Ris PetMovers. Baby's mom wanted to buy some treat for the doggie. And jiajia's milk running out too.

It was a weekday, and it was pretty quiet. We set jiajia free at the dog run area to let her run a around for a bit. She just so damn princess la. Weather was very hot, and naturally after running she gets very thirsty. There was a bowl of water there, left behind by some other dog owner. Jia went over to the water bowl, lick the water then run away. But she came back shortly after, drinking two more mouth of it. You could almost see the thought bubble. From young she doesn't like to drink other dog's water maybe because of the saliver taste. But at that point of time, she must be thinking: "No choice, i'm thirty. " hahaha. Super duper cute la.

Left the place after that. And went over to a pet cafe around balestier area for lunch. A pet cafe is a place where they sell food for you and your furry friends.

We ordered meat balls for jiajia. And for us, some western food. The human food wasn't exactly fantastic. But its just a novelty idea, dining with your dog, literally.

It was fun la and will definitely go back there again. Will upload photos soon!

That,s it for now. My fingers are aching already. I'm blogging in class with my phone man. Heh.

Haven had time to bring her out, baby is so busy.

She love Bishan Dog Run, and i feel so contented just seeing her running around playing fetch. She always behave like a little girl when she is there. And somehow or rather, she seems to know when she is reaching. Before we get off the van, she will start making small whinning noises. When we were feeding them today, this guy stop and talk to us. We realise he was in charge for one of the workshops there. He even told us if we want the dogs we can take them. I wish i could man. If i have a big compound i will take all 4 of them back.

He even told us there is more puppies in his workshop, if we want we can go in the day and ask his worker to let us feed them!!! :D

Went to another drive-in cinema last saturday. This time round was nearer to the east side.

However, the movie didnt manage to happen as it started to rain.
Thou we didnt manage to catch the show, it was hell of an experience.

So you can see, the screening area was on a big big field.

So what happen when it start to rain was that the soil get really soft and muddy. And when everyone start to drive off, the wheels got stuck. There is no friction at all. And the best of all, baby's van is one of them.

Luckily there were some guys around and they help to push the vehicle. And slowly, we manage to get off the muddy area.

It was quite funny actually. Alot of vehicles were stuck. Hahaha. Was something not everyone get to experience.

Cant wait for the next drive in. Its really really interested. Wonder when they will start charging for the drive in. :(

Oh ya, remember I was talking about the strays. Went to feed them today again!

They are so so cute! Manage to snap some photos of them today.

We even gave them names.

These two are "barky" and "fatty". "Barky" as what the name suggest is really very barky. A little bit of noise will set her barking non stop. And we are suspecting that "fatty" is the mother of them all. She looks pregnant(and fat). Hope to see puppies soon!

Okay, this is "Fatty" again.

Barky is the one with the ghostly green eyes. Crap, it would be a nice photo if i had snap it better. If u se clearly, there is one more behind, we name that "Greedy". It is always the last one standing when it comes to food.

Barky and Greedy look really alike but Barky has a brown spot at the head like Ikea and Greedy has a black one. ")

Didnt manage to take a photo of "Blackie", he is a all black dog. Really skinny and really timid. Maybe thats why he is skinny. Till now, he is the only one that is still afraid to eat from the hand.

Feeding Strays Dogs.

Its been a while since i blog about something.

Anyway, have been feeding stray dogs these few days.
Now I understand why people feed strays cats.
There is a strong sense of satisfaction.

It started when one day baby happen to drive past some industrial areas, and we saw some doggies around there. They were pretty cute actually, and they definitely have some Jack Russell blood in them. So they actually look abit look abit like our Ikea.
In the vehicle there is a can of dog wet food, so we decided to open up for them to eat.

The next day, when i went to work, i just bought some commercial brands dog dry and wet food. Its cheap la compared to what Ikea is eating. But I also cannot afford to feed them everyday very broke man. But I will try to do it once in awhile if possible.

The doggies were so cute, though they still dont allow me to pet them, but I believe if I go there more often, eventually they will let me.

There were 5 of them, one look like the mother and its seems pregnant. Maybe 1-2 months later, there will be more puppies!!!

I felt so happy. :D
